Collages of fate: when the soul collects itself piece by piece

There are days that do not just pass but leave a mark, like a pure melody amidst the roar of everyday life. Today, a special silence reigned in our Adaptation Center – the one in which meanings are born. Olga Litvinova, a person of deep knowledge and a subtle soul, associate professor and candidate of psychological sciences, visited us. But today she was not just a scientist for our mothers but a guide to their own inner garden.
Today was the training “Collecting Yourself: A Collage of Resources for Psychological Resilience.” After all, what is our life if not a big collage of pain, hope, love and tireless work? With the help of visual practices based on the collage technique, each participant was able to illuminate and realize those secret resources that keep us above the abyss of despair.

The girls created their own worlds. Looking at these collages, you see not just sheets of paper—you see the courage to be a woman, to be a mother, to be alive despite everything. Each glued detail, each color, is a found point of support, the same “winged soil does not need,” which is so important to feel when the ground under your feet is shaking from daily worries.

These works became a silent manifesto of their resilience. They collected themselves piece by piece—from dreams, memories, and hopes—and eventually became whole. Thank you Olga for this space of sincerity. Because sometimes, to stand firm in this world, you just need to allow yourself to lay out your life on a sheet of paper and see how beautiful and unbreakable it really is.
