Pursuant to Decision No. 2345 of the Executive Committee of Kremenchuk City Council, Kremenchuk Raion, Poltava Oblast, dated 10 September 2026, our organisation, represented by its Head, Hanna Andriienko, has become a member of the Accessibility Council under the Executive Committee of Kremenchuk City Council, Kremenchuk Raion, Poltava Oblast.
Furthermore, Hanna Andriienko is the Head of a non-governmental organisation and social projects, bringing practical experience in developing and expanding services for children and young people with disabilities, specifically day care services for children with Subgroup A disabilities.
She has extensive experience in team management, grant project delivery, social service monitoring, collaboration with local self-government authorities, and professional training.
A child psychologist, special education specialist, biologist and geneticist, she is also a PhD researcher in the Department of Psychology at Poltava V. G. Korolenko National Pedagogical University.
Since June 2026, she has served as a member (Councillor) of the Kremenchuk City Council of the 8th convocation, Kremenchuk Raion, Poltava Oblast, sitting on the Standing Committee on Education, Youth, International Relations, Culture, Sports, IT Technologies, and Digital Transformation.
She is also a member of the Poltava Regional Military Administration working group on assessing the population’s needs for social services.
