I am a geneticist, psychologist, and the Head of the NGO Inclusion Without Limits. Above all, I am someone who firmly believes that every child and every family deserves support, respect, and the opportunity to live a fulfilling life.
My professional journey combines several fields — social services, genetics, psychology, and management. This multidisciplinary background allows me to view each child and family holistically, recognising not only their challenges but also their strengths, potential, and opportunities for growth.
For many years, I have worked with children with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and other special educational needs, while also supporting families in navigating rehabilitation pathways and accessing appropriate services. For me, it is important to help parents find answers to difficult questions, overcome fears, and make informed decisions about their children’s future.
The NGO Inclusion Without Limits has become much more than an organisation for me — it has become my life’s work. Together with our team, we create opportunities for children, teenagers, and adults with disabilities to receive support, develop practical skills, build social connections, and feel valued as active members of society. A particularly important part of our work is the Adaptation Centre for Teenagers with Disabilities, where we help young people develop greater independence, confidence, and readiness for adult life.
I strongly believe that inclusion begins not with policies or legislation, but with the way people treat one another. That is why my work focuses not only on supporting individual families, but also on changing public attitudes towards disability, challenging stereotypes, and promoting awareness of child development, inclusion, and the rights of people with disabilities.
Alongside my professional responsibilities, I continue to study, explore new approaches, and seek effective solutions that can improve the lives of children and families. I believe that meaningful change begins where knowledge, compassion, and commitment come together.
Every project, consultation, and initiative I undertake reflects not only my professional experience, but also my personal values and dedication. The greatest reward for me is seeing children, teenagers, and their families find the strength to move forward, discover new opportunities, and begin to believe in themselves.
