The Brightest Stars in Our Orbit: Meet the Kosmotabir Crew!

One Crew. One Universe. One Place for Everyone.

Children sit side by side, sharing stories, laughing at the same jokes, and enthusiastically debating the names of their space crews. Words like integration, adaptation, or barriers mean little to them. They simply enjoy being together.

Free from stereotypes, they create a world of their own—a world where everyone belongs.

Inclusion can sometimes sound like a complex concept when discussed in reports, policies, or project plans. Here at Kosmotabir, however, it is both simpler and far more meaningful.

Inclusion is not about statistics or diagnoses. It is about recognising the person before anything else. It is about sharing laughter during a break, waiting patiently while someone moves at a different pace, and discovering that the desire to make friends, explore, and dream is something we all have in common.

Watching our campers—each unique, yet united by the same curiosity and excitement for discovering the world—you realise something important.

The greatest universe is not millions of light-years away. It is right here.

It lives in children’s eyes filled with trust, in kindness offered without hesitation, and in friendships that know no limits—the very limits that adults sometimes create for themselves.

Every single day, our campers remind us of an important truth:

The world becomes truly bigger, richer, and more beautiful when there is a place in it for everyone.

Kosmotabir is organised in partnership with the NGO Seeing with the Heart and the Olena Zelenska Foundation as part of the “12–21” Youth Spaces Project, with financial support from the Howard G. Buffett Foundation.
