Our Team: Inna Frunt

At our Centre, I help mothers find a sense of stability, restore inner balance, and reconnect with the emotional resources that are often depleted by the demands of daily caregiving. Our sessions are a safe and supportive space where women can let go of the pressure to appear “perfect,” openly share their experiences, and receive genuine understanding and support without judgement.

In my work, I combine gentle yet deeply therapeutic approaches, including art therapy, Metaphoric Associative Cards (MAC), and phototherapy. Through creativity, imagery, and work with photographs, we carefully explore emotional experiences, learn to accept ourselves more fully, and gradually rediscover personal value and inner strength.

These sessions are far more than creative activities — they are moments of emotional recovery and inner calm. Women come seeking relief from exhaustion and emotional overload, and often leave with a sense of lightness, inspiration, renewed emotional balance, and the important understanding that they are not alone.
