Ensuring every child’s right to support, development, and participation in community life in Ukraine

The public organization “Inclusion Without Limits” supports children with special educational needs and their families through early intervention, social adaptation, practical services, and ongoing daily support. We do not create isolated sessions — we build a stable support pathway that helps families move forward with greater confidence.

Who We Are

We create an inclusive environment where families are not left alone with their challenges

For more than eight years, we have been implementing modern approaches to educational and psychological support for children with special educational needs. For us, inclusion is not just a separate service — it is real participation in learning, communication, development, and future adult life.

Наш принцип
Our Principle

“A child should be part of society” is not just a slogan for us — it is the foundation for how we design our services and spaces

We do more than provide sessions. We create long-term support for families — from the first request for help to ongoing adaptation, skill development, and participation in community life. That is why our work should remain accessible, human-centered, and free from unnecessary complexity.

Kremenchuk Municipality

We are the only organization in the region providing daytime care services for children with disabilities.

Coalition of Social Service Providers

This year we became part of the coalition of social service providers in Ukraine.

Building a high-quality social services system

As part of the working group on assessing the needs of the population in Poltava region under the regional military administration.

Ми не просто проводимо заняття. Ми створюємо для родин опору: від першого звернення до довготривалої адаптації, розвитку навичок та участі дитини в житті громади. Саме тому сторінка теж має бути простою, людяною і без хаосу.

Areas of Work

The areas that shape our daily work

We focus on services that genuinely improve children’s quality of life and reduce pressure on families. Each direction works as part of one integrated support system.

01

Social and Daily Living Adaptation

The only space in the city for children and teenagers with disabilities aged 12+, where they develop everyday life skills, communication, and greater independence.

02

Early Intervention

We work with early signs of developmental disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and intellectual disabilities, when timely support has the strongest impact on a child’s future development.

03

Family Support

We support not only the child but the entire family: helping parents navigate a long support journey and avoid facing challenges alone.

04

Family Support Navigation

We explain where to seek help, what steps to take next, and which forms of support and intervention may be most appropriate at the current stage.

Projects

Two centers through which we work daily with children, teenagers, and families

Project

Adaptation Center for Teenagers with Disabilities

A social services space for children, teenagers, and adults with disabilities, as well as for mothers raising children and adults with disabilities. The focus here is on life autonomy, practical skills, and social inclusion.

Project

Specialized Children’s Center “Сolibri”

Individual special education sessions and extended-day groups for children with special educational needs aged 2–12, including autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, Down syndrome, sensorineural hearing loss, and other conditions requiring systematic support.

Developing Inclusive Education

We promote inclusive education as a social norm so every child has real access to learning, development, and participation in community life.

Strengthening the Role of the Family

We support motherhood, childhood, and parenthood because parents’ emotional and practical resources directly affect a child’s development path.

Prevention and Well-Being

We focus on early response, reducing emotional overload, and creating healthy developmental pathways for children and families.

Dignified Life

Every child with a disability has the right not only to assistance, but also to a dignified, inclusive, and fulfilling life within society.

Our Values

What real inclusion means to us

We believe inclusion is more than formal access to services. It means creating opportunities for children to grow, helping families feel supported, and making inclusion a normal part of community life rather than an exception.
